Lauren
Client Service Specialist
Lauren is a client service specialist and is usually the first person patients see when they arrive at New Age. She has worked with Dr. MacArthur since 2018, and prior to this has spent 17 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry working as a professional makeup artist, which she still does today. Lauren has impeccable organizational skills, and when not greeting and scheduling patients, she works hard to ensure that the day-to-day operations at New Age run smoothly.
When not at work, Lauren enjoys her time with her husband and two young children and their French bulldog, Eddie.
Danielle
Cosmetic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator
Danielle is the cosmetic surgery patient care coordinator at New Age Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. She has worked with Dr. MacArthur since 2016 when he set up his practice in Kanata. Danielle graduated with honours from Algonquin College, and previously worked as a licensed hairstylist for over ten years. Danielle works hard to make patients feel welcome and at home at New Age. Her warm, friendly demeanor helps make our patients feel at ease and understood, while her attention to details ensures that their surgical journey is as smooth and well- organized as possible.
Danielle is a devoted mother to three teenage children. Outside of work, she can usually be found cheering her kids on, along the sidelines of a soccer pitch.
Marie
Client service specialist
Marie recently joined our New Age team as a client service specialist. She has 15 years of experience performing similar roles in a private clinic setting and worked with Dr. MacArthur from 2016 to 2018 at his Kanata practice. Marie greets our patients with her warm smile and friendly personality, helping them feel welcome and excited to start their journey with us. Marie finds it very rewarding to be a part of our New Age patients' journey to looking and feeling the best they can be!
Marie is a loving, supportive mother to 4 adult children and recently became a grandmother for the first time!! When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoying the pleasures of country living in West Carleton.
