Jessica
Healthcare Patient Coordinator
Jessica is the healthcare patient coordinator at New Age Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. She is the main point-of-contact for Dr. MacArthur’s OHIP patients and serves as the hospital liaison for both cosmetic and OHIP surgery patients. Jessica started working with Dr. MacArthur in 2019, and previously owned/managed multiple small businesses before that. With her warm and caring personality, Jessica does an exceptional job ensuring that Dr. MacArthur’s patients feel well cared for.
Jessica is the very proud Mom of two grown daughters, and in her spare time can be found down at TD Place watching them dance for the Ottawa Redblacks Cheer and Dance Team.
Lauren
Client Service Specialist
Lauren is a client service specialist and is usually the first person patients see when they arrive at New Age. She has worked with Dr. MacArthur since 2018, and prior to this has spent 17 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry working as a professional makeup artist, which she still does today. Lauren has impeccable organizational skills, and when not greeting and scheduling patients, she works hard to ensure that the day-to-day operations at New Age run smoothly.
When not at work, Lauren enjoys her time with her husband and two young children and their French bulldog, Eddie.
Danielle
Cosmetic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator
Danielle is the cosmetic surgery patient care coordinator at New Age Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. She has worked with Dr. MacArthur since 2016 when he set up his practice in Kanata. Danielle graduated with honours from Algonquin College, and previously worked as a licensed hairstylist for over ten years. Danielle works hard to make patients feel welcome and at home at New Age. Her warm, friendly demeanor helps make our patients feel at ease and understood, while her attention to details ensures that their surgical journey is as smooth and well- organized as possible.
Danielle is a devoted mother to three teenage children. Outside of work, she can usually be found cheering her kids on, along the sidelines of a soccer pitch.
Nicole
Registered Nurse
Nicole is a Registered Nurse who has worked directly in patient care for the past 8 years. She is an expert nurse injector with extensive training and experience with injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, PRP, Belkyra and aesthetic laser treatments. Nicole's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Practical Nursing Program Diploma, and a Bachelor of International Trade in Business. Nicole is also on staff as a clinical instructor at Algonquin College.
Originally from Shanghai, Nicole speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Prior to her nursing career she worked as an international flight attendant. Nicole's calm, welcoming demeanor and attention to details ensures that her patients receive the highest level of care and beautiful, jaw-dropping results.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
